Contact us to be put on WAITLIST for in-person for any sold-out series below; we recommend then registering for the virtual option since it’s unlikely a spot will become available. You can always easily move into in-person format if a spot becomes available.
Birth Matters NYC's group class series is "all-in-one" and includes not only prep for labor/birth but also infant feeding/lactation, newborn care & postpartum wellness -- a rare find in NYC. Equally rare is an NYC class series that meets in an inviting and comfy home setting with snacks, drinks, and warm lighting, yet this is the case with Birth Matters — it's like every class is a date night/party! Lisa does her best to help you feel nurtured in any class format because you deserve that — especially during this particular time in life.
All-in-one comprehensive options - 6-class series or 3-class intensive; all classes below are IN-PERSON in Astoria, Queens (NYC) with a virtual, interactive option on Zoom for the live class anytime preferred/needed (including if the in-person series is sold out) for the full series or any part. If connecting with other Western Queens expectant parents is a priority for you, we usually have more hyperlocal groups in midweek evening classes than on weekends; the longer format is also most ideal from both learning and friendship-building perspectives.
