LIVE CLASS REFUND POLICY
Refundable up to 2 wks before group class series begins or 48 hours before a scheduled private session. After that, prorated refunds available upon request (minus any credit card fees and $25 administrative fee) only if a student gives birth at <36 weeks; no refunds if student gives birth at 36+ weeks under 2 weeks before class or once class starts. If student is unable to attend class with less than 2 weeks' notice before class begins for other medical or personal emergency reasons (for example, bed rest or hospital admission), they will be granted access to our online, on-demand course in lieu of the live course. If you have chosen a payment plan, payments will still be due in accordance with the above policy.
Additionally, for a private session: if client doesn’t show within the first hour of the scheduled session and doesn’t communicate about the lateness or provide an ETA, the session is canceled. No refunds will be given and the registration will be transferred to the online, on-demand course in lieu of the private session.
If an in-person class cannot be held due to circumstances out of our control (such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions/travel advisories, Coronavirus escalation, instructor illness, family emergency, etc.), students will be given other options to cover the same content such as a virtual, interactive class or the online course as makeup options; no refunds will be given.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Group classes require a minimum of 3 couples to run the class. If registration doesn’t reach this minimum a week before class begins (very rare), registered students have the following options to transfer registration to: 1) another group class with capacity, 2) lifetime-access online/on-demand course, or 3) private session (price paid would be adjusted accordingly).
